That's right! Inner Visions Tattoo is holding a raffle and the Grand Prize is a $1,000 Tattoo by Joe Riley!!! More prizes will be announced soon. Tickets start out at 1 for $20, 3 for $50 and 7 for $100.

Cover ups will be considered
Artist will consider all ideas but has final say on design as this will be a portfolio piece
